Project: Poster to promote the traditional Catalan Calçotada in Edinburgh

Scotland’s Catalan Centre aims to make known and promote the Catalan culture and language in Scotland and to become a bridge between the two nations and cultures.

Every year, Scotland’s Catalan Centre celebrate the traditional Calçotada, a gastronomic feast typical of the western region of Catalonia (Spain).

The commission was to design a poster to promote this event in Edinburgh. The design had to visualize this festive look and above all the own ingredients characteristic of this gastronomic dish: the calçot and the romesco sauce.
